Curiosity is the lifeline that keeps the sense of wonder and the journey alive. It’s been the force behind my quest that started 20 years ago as I searched for ways to calm my uncontrollable thoughts and constant uneasiness.
Turning Eastward to the teachings of the ancient mystics, I discovered answers on the bank of the river Ganga in India. Desperate to hold on to the happiness I finally found, I asked the Swami to help me save this peaceful feeling.
He said, "My dear, find your anchor so no matter what is happening around you, be like the anchored ship at sea and nothing will disturb you.” I spent the next years searching for that anchor. Discovering it was no where to be found except within myself.
After years of intense yogic and spiritual practices, I am here to share with you all that I learned along the way. How developing a daily practice rooted in conscious breathing, yoga and mindful eating will catapult you to a new awareness about life.
