We don’t know what to eat since there is so much conflicting information.  We don’t know what to think since our daily lives are bombarded with clutter from multiple directions.  We don’t know how to fully live since we are often stressed and worried about the future.

I can help you move towards where you want to be. The recipe. Combine a bit of a ‘let’s get it done’ attitude with a pinch of mindfulness to remind you to relax and breathe along the way.

There are two paths to take: The Live Well Three Month Program or the 21-Day Reboot.


The Live Well Three Month Program

We will work together to identify areas of your life that you would like to change. Whether it is to lose weight, deepen your spiritual practice, change your career path, or a combination of many things. The program includes a complimentary one-hour initial consultation where we will get to know more about each other. During the consultation we will speak about a customized program based on your goals and desires. During the three months, you will receive:

-       Two 75-minute coaching sessions per month (in person or phone)

-       Clearly documented notes on your weekly goals and progress

-       Email access to me during the entire program

-       Information and handouts tailored to your specific needs


The 21-Day Reboot

Ready for an intense, life changing 21 days?  Ready for a physical and emotional reboot to get you going in the right direction? This is not a DIET. This is not counting points for eating apples or potatoes. This is not the latest FAD. This is a cleanse at the deepest levels. This is learning about ways to develop habits that contribute to a lifestyle change on a physical and emotional level.  

We take care of our cars and houses so why not take care of our most important vehicle- our physical body!  This reboot will start to change your body at the cellular level and how you perceive the world around you. When you begin to remove toxins from your body you will think more clearly and have energy that you never knew you had.

-  A complimentary one-hour consultation to learn about your goals and what you want to change

-  A guided 8-day Reboot Preparation to assist as you slowly start to remove ‘bad food’ from your diet and replace it with healthier food

-  A guided 8-day Reboot Cleanse where you will eat vegan and drink organic, cold-pressed juices

-  Lots of interaction, inspiration, and email guidance

-  A 5-day Post Reboot guidance to help you safely and easily transition back to a healthy diet and lifestyle
